Did I rip my hymen while I was constipating?

I had sever constipation a week ago I was in da toilet straining so hard and it hurt so bad .. da pain wasn't at da vaginal area bt it only hurt down my rectum and da sphincter ..da days after that I had sm sort of phobia to use da toilet bcs da sphincter area hurt and it was like it got torn a little,  few days after I had another constipation and this time I didn't push dat hard ,bt after I got up I found amount of blood it was bright red .. and I wasn't wonded or anything so I got scared and thought may be bcz of da straining my hymen was sm sort of broken or damaged plz help ..I feel scared to ask my mum to take me to da doctor .. is this bleeding bcz I starined too hard or is it bcz my hymen was broken
