Yes, in all probability you ruptured your hymen. Hymen is a thin stretched membrane near the entrance of Vagina. When penetrated, it ruptures leading to bleeding. If you had extralong nails, they too might cut and bruise through your vaginal lining.
You can always check your hymen by squatting facing a light and then taking a mirror to look at your vagina. Strech your vaginal lips and you then you can see this membrane or ruptured pieces. Allow few days for healing before you resume fingering or penetration
