I work sitting job and there’s nothing I can do about that question. I work already 20 years in that company. Then I sit in the car and go home, where I don’t have some activities too. Lately I feel something like “burning” down there so I afraid I will have hemrrhoids. May I prevent it as soon as it is possible?

Usually, symptoms for hemrrhoids are swelling, burning, itching, pain and bleeding. If you feel only burning it doesn’t have to mean that you will get hemrrhoids. Sure is that you are in risk group because of you constantly sitting all day. Hemrrhoids are caused by too much pressure in the rectum, constant sitting, and sitting on toilet for a long time too. But there is something you can do to try prevent it. While you are on break, always try to walk, at least you should stand up a little. Your chair gave constantly press your rectum, so try to shift frequently to avoid it. Control coughing, diarrhea and constipation and treating it as soon as it’s possible. There is one good role you should accept, and that is no reading or other relaxing activities while you are on the toilet. When bowel movements take longer then 3 or 5 minutes something seems to be wrong. Good bowel habit will keep hemrrhoids away. If those preventive measures fail action must be taken right away. Hemrrhoids are one condition that can be mild during morning and become intolerable by nightfall.
