I've been a bit worried about the size difference for a few years now, but I have never went to get it checked out. I first noticed this about 4-5 years ago, and there has not been a change in size during that time, so I'm pretty sure this isnt an issue with cancer. Also, the larger one I believe is probably normal, but I think the other is just too small.
I'm only able to attempt to measure them with a ruler, so I'm not sure how accurate it is, but the larger one is pretty easy to measure as it is the one that is "higher up", so it's closer to the outside of the skin for me - it's about 2 inchs long (maybe slightly under), and about 1 1/8 inch to 1 1/4 inch wide. It's hard to check the depth because I dont want to mess with the vessels behind too much, but I believe its about the same as the width.
The smaller one is a bit harder to measure as it is the one that is "hanging more", so it kinda moves around when your trying to hold it a bit and there are more vessels to try to avoid, so this one isnt quite as accurate. It's also a bit "deeper" under the skin so it's harder to get it at an angle that I could measure it at its longest points (and I'm not surei f any of the glands or anything down there are making it innacurate). Depending on the angle I've gotten it to be anywhere between 1 3/8 inch to 1 1/2 inch long, and anywhere from 7/8 of an inch to 1 1/8 of an inch wide.
If you go by length itself, the smaller one seems to be about 2/3 of the size of the large one - but the thing that concerns me is the actual volume, as when you feel them it feels like more than a 33% difference. If I put these lengths into a calculator it says the larger one is around mid-to-high 20's CC, which is normal, but the smaller one comes anywhere from 12.4 on the high end (which wouild be barely normal), to as low as 8ish on the low end... which would be below normal (which is what has me worried). 1/8 of an inch makes a huge difference with the totals here...
I've seen advice saying that as long as the total is above 30cc between the two that I should not worry... but I cant help to be concerned about the size difference...
Any advice on if I should worry about this? I honestly would rather go to a urologist for this rather than my general doctor as I want someone I could trust with something I am worrying about (and I want to make sure they got the appropriate tools to measure etc), but I can not afford that right now (I'm jobless, carless, and trying to get in to school...) not to mention all the money I have is going to a $200 root cleaning at the dentist next week... (it's only going to be half of my mouth and I have to save up for the other half after this...)
So I'd really like to know any advice you could give me by taking in to consideration that I can not go to get this checked right now. Is it something I should be concerned about? If I should be concerned.. is it urgent or will I have enough time to get this checked when it is affordable? Or should I not bother?
I personally hope that since it's been like this for so many years that this is just my normal genetics, but I cant help but to be worried on occasion as I've never gotten it checked.. I hope this is something I do not have to be concerned with, but please give me some honest opinions.

If it worries you that much, you need to see a doctor. It's as simple as that. Ignore the money issues, ignore everything else--if your'e this concerned, get them looked at as soon as possible. Otherwise, you're not really doing anything productive with your time! What do you think?

It's easy to say "ignore money issues" if you are not in a sitation where you do not have a job or any money. How can I ignore money issues when I'm literally broke after todays dentist appointment, and supposed to manage to get another $200 one in a month?
No matter what I do I wont be able to do anything for at least a few weeks to a month at the earliest, and that would be assuming I borrowed money for the appointment, getting a ride there, and some extra money incase any tests are needed (which would be borrowed from people who I already owe money to, and really dont have much to spend, so I'd rather not have to do the same again).
No offense, but this response is of no help to me - I explained my situation best I could, and I'm asking for advice if it sounds like I "should" be concerned, because I -can not- see a doctor right now.
The answer to that will make a big difference - if it's urgent I'll have to do alot of things I really shouldnt do and put myself "in the hole" for an indefinite amount of time - but I do not want to regret doing that for something that should not have been so urgent anyway. If it's not urgent but sounds like something I should look in to I'll probably try to save up some money after christmas or so. If it's something that I should just get checked whenever I can, then that is what I shall do.
Could someone please give some advice on if it sounds like I -should- be concerned about what I described? And the urgency of the situation (if any)?

I think you're worrying about nothing.
Mine aren't the same size and it never occurred to me to wonder if they should be.
When I was younger I thought it was quite entertaining to watch them move around while I was sitting on the toilet. They used to go up and down and I had no control over it. If it was hot, they hung way down. If it was cold, they almost crawled up inside. One would go up while the other went down. They were really kind of funny to watch, but they never concerned me a bit. They were there, they didn't hurt, and they produced a good squirt when I masturbated, so I just figured all was OK down there in "Man Land" as Tim Allen called it.
It must have been. I made two kids before I cut off their squirters.
Quit worrying and enjoy life.
