I have always been getting hot, sweaty and dizzy during any kind of activity other than resting in temp much higher than 60 degrees. I am a healthy 33 year old female. Recently I have begun
to study to be a pilot and have been flying in small aircraft. It wasn't until I learned about altitude and how it affects the body that I realized the dizziness from standing up too fast is caused by too much oxygen to the brain. When this happens I was told to blow out all my breath forcefully as fast as possible and hold for a moment then breathe slowly after that. Very simple. Also recently I was told much of my heatedness during activities comes from bending over at the waist and anything that requires my head to be lower than the heart will induce sweating. I wish I could find a simple solution to what is causing me to feel so hot all the time during any kind of activity but for now my main question is if these explanations have any truth to them and if they are worth trying out before I go to the doctor and get medical attention.
