do i have a TB

The apicolordotic view is just another x-ray, from an angle that helps image the tops, the apices, of the lungs.  By itself it does not mean you have TB.

You'll need other tests, as I suggested in your other post.  A sputum analysis may be required, possiby even a biopsy.
