and im asking also they said need for the test of my plem if i have a Tb but i have already the result its negative. Do i need to take the medicine for the TB

The apicolordotic view images the tops (apices) of the lungs better.
You may not have TB, it could be another infection.
You need to follow your doctors instructions. You are their patient, they know your full history and have the test results. We don't.
