How old are you and how old is he?
If he's old enough to be your boyfriend and you're old enough to take him, I would think he's old enough to decide for himself if he wants to go to a doctor. He should also be able to decide for himself whether he prefers a male or female doctor.
I'm a male and personally I'd prefer a female doctor for that. I don't really like having a male handle my testicles or penis.
