Hi.  I am turning 46 in April.  Two years ago in June I had very heavy bleeding.  About 8 days after my normal cycle.  This was new to me because I have always went every 27-29 days and the duration has always been about six days.  First few days light, next few heavy and then back to light and done!  That June was scary!  I called my OBGYN and he put me on birth control which did regulate my period, BUT increased my blood pressure so I went off that that and on blood pressure meds a year ago last October.  So for about a year and four months my periods have been getting shorter in duration lasting about 3-4 days.  Starting out light one day then heavy a day or two then finishing....this past October it was light  followed by a  couple hours of heavy then light and done about three days.  I can't remember how November went but December started on time but light with just one episode of a little heavy flow.  THEN January this year day 28 comes I start light and basically stayed light as in spotting like two days.  I cramped off and on like a normal period but that was it.  February.... day 28 I'm cramping with barely anything at all.  I'm not pregnant.  My husband had a visectemy 7 years ago.  I do feel im in a fog some, mood swings, some anxiety and some depression as I'm feeling old all of a sudden.   At this time I have no health insurance.  From what I'm reading on here I feel my body may be In premenopause.  Do you guys agree?
