Really all you can do is wait till you have some symptoms. Since you are irregular you can't generally wait to take a test after you miss a period because that could be anytime. Also remember that sore breasts and nausea don't necessarily mean you ARE pregnant... Anxiety, flu, your period coming... Could all be factors.
