I got caught stealing a small bottle of vodka from our local shop, because the shopkeeper knows my parents he called them instead of the police, now I am being punished BIG time, my parents said they don't want me to go to jail, so are giving me a taste of prison life, they said thieves get locked up and thats whats happened to me. I am now on 3 weeks holiday from school, and my parents have confined me my bedroom ( LOCKED IN ) for 5 days i have lost my tv, phone etc, i am allowed my pc for 3 hours a day as a privelioge for good behavour , I have to eat in my room, and get permission to use the bathroom, where I have to wait for my door to be unlocked then escorted there and back, I get half an hours exercise in the garden each day then I am locked back in for the rest of the day, i have to write a 4 page essay each day yesterday i had to write why its wrong to steal and today an essay on unacceptable behavour and punishments i also have to write a letter of apology to the shopkeeper and thanking him for not calling the police, my older sister says i deserve to be punished ADVICE PLEASE ?
