I am 16 yrs old and still i dont have any sign of facial hair.
I think it is because of masturbation.
I masturbate 2 to 3 times a week or sometimes 4 since last 2 yrs.
So, anyone can please tell me what is the main reason

No. Masturbation won't reduce facial hair growth.
Everyone develops differently during puberty. Sooner or later you will have facial hair. Some guys have to shave early, others much later. You'll continue developing into your early 20's.
