Hey there let me reassure you that you are developing completely normal for your age. Your penis will grow in time it is completely normal size for your age the average length for an adult direct penis is 5 to 6 inches. As for having to shave your face typically people develop facial hair closer towards the end of puberty or the later portion so that will come in time and not everybody develops hair on the back of their hand if they do it tends to come slowly as you mature. you're completely normal does this help at all?

You seem to want to grow up too quickly, don't be self conscious about your body, your hairy legs are normal to a guy your age and do NOT shave your pubic hair, that is very UNmanly. Quite normal to have ass hair, just keep that the way it is. As you have already shaved your face at your age, so by 15 or 16 if you don't shave your face you could have a good beard by 17, you should try that as it does seem the trend on hairy guys that have hairy legs, pubes, etc to be able to grow a beard, its up to you of course if you want to have a beard.
Don't worry about penis growth, your penis will get larger and of course hairier as well by the time you are 15. So you want to have hairy hands, you will if you are what you describe yourself, I have hairy arms, those hairs extend right over my hands and fingers as well, you should be like that as well soon. These things take time, just be patient
