I am an active soccer player, not professionally, but I train 4 times a week, but after the exercises I feel strong spasms beneath the knees. This also happens in the night, which wakens me. I also have muscle pain as a consequence of those spasms. I have been recommended to use Dolobid for spasm relief, will that drug help me?

I think that problem with you might be in inadequate stretching before the exercises. Also, we could be talking about electrolytes misbalance. I would recommend you to take calcium and magnesium, and to warm up legs. Dolobid will remove the pain for sure, but the spasms will still remain. If this does not help, you could try with muscle relaxants.
