Hi, im very confused right now and need another womans opinion before I go c a doc or waste money on a hpt. I have been trying to conceive since September had a regular flow in October, but my period came 5 days early this month. Its a little bit too heavy to be implantation bleeding and the cramps are severe, but could this still mean that I am actually pregnant? Please help need answers.

If you had unprotected sex, you most likely would be.
And it's normal for period's to be on time or early, and it may be heavier depending on what you have eaten, like lots of sugar and sweets, on that month (before your period came).
