Early Puberty Problems

Hi,

When I was 3 I was involved in a car crash and suffered some brain damage, this resulted in an abnomality in the gland that produces testosterone, because of this I started puberty at age 7 (the condition is a relation of precocious puberty but I dont know the full name). I am now 13 and this has presented some problems, I am only 5 foot 3 inches tall and I have only started growing but my penis is already around 8 inches hard and 6 inches soft, (I am lucky as I have girls constantly wanting to touch it) but I am unsure whether it will grow any longer because it already starting to look like a third leg and I have to tuck it between my legs when I go out. I have been able to masturbate since I was 7 (and I ejaculate a lot) and I first had sex about 3 months ago, but will this affect my sex in the future? I have seen online that my penis can grow a few more inches with the condition I have and in some cases my height can be stunted.

I need some advice on any health problems I will have in the future.
