OK, not to be gross or anything, but I am mostly active on the beauty forums here at SteadyHealth and generally care about skincare and makeup, so I've got to go "there", LOL. Some people say that semen, due to the presence of all kinds of minerals and vitamins, has a very beneficial effect on the skin. If you, ehm, get that stuff on your facial skin, you might have beautiful glowy skin because it acts like a face mask LOL. If not though, I can't think of how masturbating would possibly affect the skin unless, well, you do it so often that you forget to eat properly or exercise and things like that, in which case your skin will suffer.

I disagree! Masturbation is a really cool way to explore your own body without the risk of sexually transmitted diseases or getting (someone else) pregnant. It releases stress and tension, boosts mood, and even helps you get to sleep better. I even read somewhere that male masturbation reduces his chances of getting prostate cancer later in life, because storing all that sperm too long is not good for the body. It is good for it to get out regularly.

I respect the views of people who want to make personal choice to do things or not do things because of their religion. Certainly if you think masturbation is sinful, don't do it. Same with other things written in the Bible such as not eating shellfish or not eating milk and meat together, which most people don't abide by either let's face it.

As for skin issues let's just put it this way I have never noticed that my skin looks bad because of this. Sure I get pimples sometimes or look a bit tired or whatever when I am feeling down healthwise, but it has nothing to do with masturbation and everything with overall health and how well you eat and sleep and those kinds of things.
