By "invisible" I think you mean his semen is "clear." Yes, that's normal when you first start to ejaculate.
You should be close. Nothing is wrong with you. Don't compare yourself to your friends, or anyone for that matter. Everyone goes through puberty at a different rate and things don't always happen at the same time to everyone either.
You're both normal.
