My fiance and i were having sex when i rolled his right one down during orgasm. Now over a week his testicle is swollen, hard and doubled in size.. it is making it hard to walk and is very painful if it is not bound to some tightness or in heat. Please help!!! I am reading all this about losing his testicle and im really scared!

He should see his doctor or preferably a urologist ASAP. He may have what is called "testicular torsion." In effect, the blood supply to the testicle is cut off and the testicle could die.
Seriously, get him to a doctor ASAP! The pain is a concern.
