Hi there! The reason why doctors say you may be pregnant is that they check the position of your cervix. During early pregnancy, cervix rise and become softer but the problem is that it doesn’t happen at the same time for every women. This is why this is not such a good method for determining if a woman is pregnant or not.
Some women experience the change as soon as they are late while others don’t experience the change long after they are diagnosed with pregnancy.
I don’t know what your doctor felt, so I honestly can’t say what she meant by you might be pregnant.
White discharge may be experienced early in pregnancy but it could also be felt prior to your period, so this is neither a very good pregnancy indicator. Unfortunately, you are left to wait until you’re supposed to do a pregnancy test.
I hope it turns out positive! Good luck!
