I am 25 year old from Afghanistan, i have never had sex, 1 year ago i wanted to have sex with a girl, but what ever i did my penis could not erect.
i got worried about why it didn't work,
a few months later to that, i met the girl i really love, we had some romance but again my penis didn't erect, so after some times i came to know that i have erection problem, i went to a Doctor, but it didnt work.

Seems to me like you don’t have any physical problems since you do have erections like you say, almost every day when you are alone. Problem like yours is not uncommon at all and it’s more of psychological nature. You can’t get erection when you are with a girl because you get too anxious or you expect too much so you get under a lot of pressure, especially because you know that this happened before and you don’t want it to happen again. Only thing you can do is to find a way to get rid of all this pressure. If you have girl who loves you and who you love, you have a much more chance to take things slowly before you get to actual intercourse.

I do go slowly, i had been with my gf for almost 2 hours and we had good romance....but the again my penis did not errict.
i got Cialis 20mg, but as it was written on the paper inside,,, it was like it is for 36 hours...which means it is not a permanent solution,
i want to get permanent solution for this issue,,
