hello! I have what looks like erythroplakia and it scares me very much  im only 19 years old, male, never smoked or drink before in my life, get anxious over things like this (hypochondria) and reassurance helps my anxiety, i'm going to some doctor for my anxiety as my dad did. Anyways, i have no family history of mouth cancer i don't think, but there has been some other cancers but it's all happened in their 50's/60's and whatnot. The first picture is last night (which was really red)the 2nd picture was earlier today I think after hydro peroxideand the 3rd picture also after hydro peroxide and water was when it seemed to maybe of gotten red again? idk if it's because I keep checking it and stretching the skin or something, but it's still not as bad as last night at least, yesterday it was KIND of painful but not really too bad, and when I rub my tongue against it it sorta feels like a very little scratch or something, but the big redness isn't felt at all.
