Red sores near where top buttocks meets back. Possible blister?

Hi I woke up to find that it really kinda hurt when I sat down and kinda slouched. I looked in the mirror and checked and right on the top part of the inner buttocks where the butt meets the back, there's 2 red things that look kinda like tears in the skin, with a little flap of flesh or something on one of them. Like a blister torn in half.

I looked it up and having matched symptoms with other people, now I'm afraid it's herpes of some sort (I haven't had sex how can this be?!?), or I need surgery for a boil or cyst... 

I took a picture because it's hard to describe, and its cropped as hell so it's not really disturbing.

My main questions are do I have to see a doctor about this or am I overreacting and it will go away with time? Secondly I share a bathroom with my roommate so I want to make sure this isn't infectious.

And what do I do to treat it I guess. I wouldn't be able to see a doctor for a few weeks unless I absolutely have to which I doubt.
