i m 23 year old. i have a transperent discharge before puberty means at age of 13 when i did any excercise(running ,walking too much etc) and period starts at the age of 16. Before one month heavy discharging starts that turn into yellow after 20 days and after 4 days it turns into brown and after 5 days it turn into blackish brown.Now i have blackish brown discharge from last 2 days.i also feel irritation whole day and night since yellow discharge starts also irritation in passing urine. i didn't have sex in my whole life.

The variations in colour of your vaginal discharge are possible and you shouldn’t worry until it starts to be irritating, as you said.
The white discharge is totally natural and it appears occasionally, during your ovulation, then when you catch a cold or when you take painkillers the vaginal discharge is increased.
