Extreme lower abdominal pain after sex

Hey I'm not a women but my girlfriend is having the same problem and its freaking me out so can anybody tell me how to fix this or has anybody got over this abdomen pain because I know neither of us have an STD.

today my boyfriend (5 years toegther)  and i had sex but somettimes he cums to fast so we kinda use toys..which we did this time today is the first time i have ever felt this much pain to where i cant walk,stand all the way up and if i sit i cant sit all the way on my butt i kinda have to sit on one butt check and even laying down hurts the pain is sharp and in my back and vagina and when i try and pee not gong to happen plz help

Okay so i had sex saturday at 1 in the morning and i was pretyy drunk an added a lil more than jss alcohol so me an this guy hooked up an we had sex once the first time for like 2 minutes an then we had sec again ina diffrent position an after that position my stomach hurt soo bad like the only part that was hrting was in the middle where his long penis was going in you feel me but is now monday an my stomach has still been hurting i got my period saturday but its hella light an i have no f*****g clue what tf is wrong with me i dunno if im pregs or not im trippin though someone should forshure help yeaa ?

I also am experiencing this pain, it could be bruising, or an air pocket in thee stomach similar to gas, but such pain can be caused from sir bring pushed into where it doesnt belong.

This has happened to me too..excrutiating!!  The likely cause is that air is getting trapped up between the organs in the pelvic cavity, causing sharp pains around the groin, all the way down to the rectum, like the whole area a huge pad would cover..hurts to sit stand cough, move, ect..  The best way to avoid this is to always stay missionary with a pillow under your butt tilting your pelvis up.  Air wants to travel up due to gravity, and this position will discourage it from going in in the first place.  When your finished, just lay with your pelvis tilted up for few minutes.. bearing down at this point will help prevent it too.  If it does happen again, all I can offer is that lying on your side with a hot pack in between your legs works the best.. hope you feel better!!

I dont want to be nosey but what exact intestinal issues were they because I believe you and I have/had the same exact problem.

did you ever find out the issue? get an endometrial biopsy to detemine if you have an infection in the endometrial lining. same thing happended to me it was endometris which is an infection differnet than endometrimos.

This happen to me now I has sex with my boyfriend of 4 years yes our sex life ruff but this the first time I ever had pain after sex idk if I should go to the er or just see if its going to stop

Could you experience the same pain if you were pregnant and had rough sex.....

Sometimes after having sex with my husband, I will get pain in my lower abdomen. I feel like it's because maybe he goes too deep in some positions.

I have had cysts on my ovaries before but that was years ago so I don't quite remember if this is the same pain. I believe the pain from the cysts was random and not just during sex.

Anyways, my husband is a pretty decent size so I just assume it's because he goes too deep during sex but I don't think it should always be like that.

I don't want to go to the doctor unless there's an emergency because I don't have insurance but I hate being in pain after something that is supposed to make you feel good.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it!

So 11 days ago i had sex with this guy we didnt use protection and he busted inside me and about 3 hours after i was experiencing horible cramp like pains in my lower abdomen, im 16.. i lost my virginity at age 14 and ive never had this problem before... he was a lil bigger than i was used to but i dont understand why i would have pains like i did... i was laying on the ground in such bad pain wanting to cry... i dont know if walking 5-6 miles after had something to do with it but once i got to a spot i could stop the pain got incredibly worse... it ended up going away 2-3 hours after and i have not had this pain again but i also have not had sex since.. kinda dont want to have sex again anytime soon to find out if it happens again cuz the pain was so unberable. i also cant really go to the doctor because im a runaway and i dont want to take any chance in getting caught up.. any suggestions? anybody have this kinda pain before?

i have had sex with quit a few people how ever with my boy friend now we have sex and sometimes right after it begins to hurt extremely bad. so bad it instintly makes me vomit and sh*t right after. im not sure if it is because he is penetrating to deep. i have had ovarian sis before but i dont any more i got ex ray done. im not pregnant and dont have any std's and we are both faithful and the doctors cant find anything wrong with me. HELP!
