Extreme lower abdominal pain after sex

I am having those pains now. I get them allot, I just take a hot bath. That always helps relax the muscles.

Did you ever find out what was causing this? I'm going through the same exact thing.

OMG I am having this issue right now. My abdominal and hind region are both it a lot of pain from the sex I had last night. He's a little big and we were a but rough, but I've had sex with him before and this did not happen. We did do it doggy style and on the side of the bed. Maybe it was too rough? My aunt had indometriosis so bad she had to get her ovaries removed. Maybe I will ask her if she experienced this. I do NOT get relief from sitting on the toilet. Honestly, I feel like I can't clear out my bowel because it is too painful. :(

Hey, So I had the same problem and For me I think I figured out what it was. Do not have sex right after you eat a meal. Hopefully this helps you, it did for me.

I've had this problem recently with my fiance I've been to the Dr and after an ultrasound determined I have a few cysts on my overies but it will subside with advil for the night.

I am going through a similar situation. Had sex with my bf and half way through he hit something and after that it kept hurting but it was kind of a good hurt at first then at the end it hurt so bad! I couldn't move cause it caused more pain. I made it to the bathroom and hurled from all the pain I was going through! Even this morning it hurts to move out of the fietal position!!

I was wondering did anyone actually find out if it is the cause from having a bigger or is it just because of infection? I had sex with my husband, and he is alot bigger then my ex bf. When we first started having sex it hurt for awhile because I was so not used to that big, but now its been awhile and the pain is different, my stomach area hurts so bad, that i can't really do anything. I don't know what it could be, we are both faithful, I cant have kids so I know that not it, i got tested and nothing is wrong there. maybe it just to much to handle. but if anyone has information about this please reply.

I've been having the same sharp pains in my lower abdomen, during doggy style, or any position where his penis is able to go deep. In my case I only feel the pain during the intercourse. My stomach just feels a little odd but not for a long period of time. I honestly believe that it is because of the size of your mate. My previous bf was a bit smaller and i never felt any type of pai.

This happens to me too occasionally but usually it's not after sex, its after I've been....well...getting myself off without my man. I use a toy that's a bit bigger and longer than he naturally is (nothing wrong with having sex with him, I love it) and I've noticed that every time after I do this, I start to get really bad, dull abdominal pains. It's near where I suppose my uterus would is. Sometimes they last for hours. It's always worse when I'm sitting down or laying on my left side. Typically my pains start out dull and then it just turns into a really uncomfortable bloating feeling, like my uterus is too full. I'm worried that I might have PID, especially since I had an IUD that I accidentally pulled out about a month ago. Since then, things have been 'off' with my womanly parts. I think it's time to see a doctor. What's strange about my pain though is that I typically do not get this feeling after I have sex with my boyfriend. Possibly it's because my toy is hitting my cervix all the time while his only penis only does so when we're in certain positions? I don't know.
