Please, I need serious help. I don't know how it works, or why it works. But, I look different after I lose sperm/orgasm or whatever, I knew about this for a long time, because I use to masturbate, but it was never really a serious threat, because after a while, it would go away. But when I started getting wet dreams almost every night, I knew I was in serious trouble. I can't explain it. I've been having a lot of wet dreams, and it affected my face in a very weird way, I don't think you understand, and you probably think I'm delusional. But I've found online that there are people who also share the same problem is me. But the difficulty in communicating this condition is that no one will ever believe me. I'm afraid to go to a doctor and ask this question, because of the fear they won't believe me. I'm not an id**t. And I don't want to be insulted. No one could ever truly understand, unless they were me. It ruined my life. Everyday, I am afraid, feeling worthless, wishing I were dead, but I want to live, I have so much to offer. I no longer go outside, and I no longer show my face to anybody, I hide, I'm a recluse. I'm very depressed, I'm lost, I feel trapped. I need help. I want to look like myself again, I want to be myself, I want to enjoy my life, I want to be free, please, I need help. I can't live like this. Serious answers only, I have no time for idiots. I need help

Well, I looked fine, normal, like myself! I had a fuller face and I looked cute. Nowadays I just look horrid, sometimes my eyes even look sunken, bigger lips, dry skin, and it looks darker, no glow in my face. And it just happened over night, that's how quickly it happened, it wasn't slowly changing, it just happened instantly. Its hard to explain. Its a really weird thing. And thought I use to be the only one. But then I searched it online and found there are people like me as well. Other people noticed that I look different too. I wish I had never had this problem. And there seems to be no articles about it, explaining what it is, treatments or so on

How much sleep do you get and ow is your diet? Do you eat any healthy foods?

My sleeping patterns are normal. And I think my diet is fine. I eat fruits and drink a lot of water!

I am a medical assistant at the moment and have a bachelors in biological sciences. How long have you stopped masturbating for? Is there a reason why you strongly believe masturbation/ejaculation is the cause?

Look, I'm sure you to understand, I'm a teenage boy. All teenage guys start masturbating, its normal. To me, I just decided to masturbate because I wanted to see if I have sperm. Anyway, I enjoyed the orgasm.. But I noticed that I would begin to look weird the next day, if I masturbated, I would look weird the next day, that's how it worked. I'm 18. I think I started puberty in grade 9. And yes, I just have a mustache, and a bit of hair growing on my chin

Hey there it's very common for boys faces change and they go through puberty. There are different hormones produced that make these changes. Do you get acne too?

I've had this ever since I can remember. I knew about it for a long time. Its not something new. To me, its normal. To others, its absurd.
