Its happened to me twice now, in less then a month i was in the kitchen, then i started feeling really hot so i stood outside, however i got really cold so i went back inside, i started having trouble breathing, and i had a massive head ache, and i was really hot, so again i went out side, but i got really cold as i walked in my sister noticed i wasn't looking as normal, my face was turning pale, then i stated shaking and couldn't stand, i fell, my hearth was beating really fast, i felt all my blood rushing. my family set me down and gave me something salty to eat, which didn't help much, at that moment my vision went completely blurry and my hearing made it seem as if they were really far away :cry: i thought i was gonna die, but lucky that wasn't my day. AGAIN yesterday the SAME thing happened, yet right after i starting shaking i knew it was gonna happen again, i told my mom, but soon i couldn't see them, they laid me on the ground and put my feet up, and gave me something to eat. thankfully that helped! i would like to know from what these symptoms are from??
