Feeling somewhat sleepy and my cervical mucus is releasing much more than usual

Hello Friends, I had my last period on 13 September 2014. I usually get my periods 4-7 days before the last period(So, it should be oct 7 or oct 8, but, on October 10, I just had few drops of pink blood when I pee.On October 11, I had some bleeding(but definitely not like my usual period). And it lasted only for 6-7 hours, On October 12 I just had very little  spotting again(may be around 1 tsp). On 13th October I felt like vomiting in the early morning(around 6:30 AM). I am very confused. Is this my normal period or it could be something else? Now from the last 4-5 days , i feel there is some movement in my lower abdomen, and i started having some lower back pain. Feeling somewat sleepy. and my cervical mucus is releasing much more than usual. It is very sticky and cremay white. It comes up everytime when i use the bathroom. I have taken a pregnancy test on 16th , it was negative. I am very tensed, please help as i don't want see a negative result again. Should i need to take the test in some diagnostic center. Please help!!!
