I am having the above symptom for the past two weeks. It is somethings I have not experienced before. There is no pain on the right side my neck but I just feel it tight and occasionally during the days, I have the feeling of giddiness and yet not actually giddy. It comes and goes within just a matter of few minutes. I just feel uncomfordable with this experience and as I just cannot figure out what kind of symptom it is, it makes me feel worried.
Your assistance by throwing me some light on my problem will be kindly appreciated. Thank you.
