fingering 2 wks ago, bf says hes sure hands clean, period cl

Ok so, about 2 weeks ago, i gave my boyfriend a hand job, and he then fingered me....and now all this time i have been worrying like crazy and being all stressed about whether he may have had even a little bit of sperm on his fingers and whether or not i could be pregnant....but he says he's really really really sure his hands were clean. i've also been having yeat infection symptoms...about 2 days ago my discharge was like a yeat infection, but my period should be starting today or within a couple days...could yeat infection like discharge be a miscarriage...or is it doubtful i'm not/was never pregnant in the first place??
