probably a urinary tract infection. If his fingers were dirty, contained small dirt particles, this can cause this problem. Ben there done that, so try some cranberry juice, drink lots of water and abstain from sex for a few days. Should go back to normal in a few days, if not see a doctor. Oh, and wear panties w/cotton liners, helps with the moisture in that area.
