A little bump? And too much wetness?

I have a bump on my labia minora (inner labia). It's not huge, and kind of feels like a pimple. I don't notice it until I touch it and it hurts, but not excruciating. I'm a virgin, so odds are it isn't an STD. Any ideas?

Also, I get a yeast infections if I masturbate too frequently, and I stay 'wet' and have that clear discharge for a few days after. It's enough that it makes my underwear wet for a few days after and keeps 'leaking out', for lack of a better term. Any ideas what might cause that?
