I had my first seizure yesterday, It was a Grand Mal. I am a 32 year old man with no history of seizures & am waiting for my mri appointment. I just wanted to know if it is normal to feel severely hazy and trouble focusing and remembering things the next day? And If so how long can I expect to feel this way?
This ordeal has been one of the most terrifying that I have experienced.
