Keep searching for answers, because there are several posts on here, some with long discussion histories, where we're all experiencing the same thing. Feels like a baby is moving in our bellies, but no one is pregnant. I did read where one 50 yr old healthy male had a complete gastrointestinal work-up, complete with blood work, colonoscopy & endoscopy and everything came back normal. The doctor prescribed Librax (which you can research online). He said taking it twice a day has completely gotten rid of the fluttering sensation, but he still doesn't know what caused it. We're all searching for answers....don't give up and don't give in to comments like "butterflies" or "just gas". I have had 3 kids, and this feels very much like quickening & baby kicks! My husband can put his hand on my belly and feel it. He can see my belly jump. I think the scary part for everyone is not knowing what it is; the frustrating part is not knowing how to stop it. But take comfort in knowing that you are not alone. :-)

Has anyone came up with something yet. My doctor told me.he thought it was acid reflux. People I know with acid reflux don't have the swollen stomach issue. A friend suggested the cat scan it might be a cyst.
