The past couple of weeks or so, I've been having some sharp pains in my pelvic area, mostly on the left side, but also in the center, milder pains in my upper abdomen, cramping, and the past few days have developed a fluttering feeling, kind of like I'm constantly nervous. Also, I can't lay on my stomach when I sleep, it hurts like I'm laying on a bowling ball. Not to mention, I've only had one period in 7 months and that was the first week of August, and haven't had sex since February, was also checked for STD's in mid August and am clean, so that's not an issue, either.
Also, along with all of that, I've been dizzy and am constantly tripping up and tipping over lol. I've had terrible charlie horses, my legs have been slightly going numb on occasion, like they're falling asleep. I've had awful headaches, I'm usually prone to sinus headaches, but the past month have been the worst headaches of my life, everyday all day. I don't sleep well, I am ALWAYS tired, I toss and turn at night, usually don't stay asleep for more than 3 hours at a time, usually awaken by pain, but sometimes just out of nowhere. Back pains, acid reflux, frequent urination, and that is just what is happening at the moment as well as variously over the past few months.
What could be causing all of this, or at least some of it?
I only have share of cost medical insurance, so I don't want to rush out to the hospital again unless it seems like a problem, last time I went(in August), they focused on the pelvic pain and told me to go to the OBGYN, which was such bologna after waiting for 13 hours to be seen and getting no answers.
Please help!
Thanks so much!

Hi there, I'm not sure what it is that you're suffering from but it sounds to me like you could have a glandular issue. Have you consideered seeing an endocrinologist about it? I think that might be a good idea if you haven't done so yet. What do you think? Have you thought of it?

I haven't considered that, but I know the last time I went to the hospital, they did a few tests and mentioned they hadn't found anything abnormal, however I haven't received my test results from a pelvic exam yet, which I'm calling about on Monday. So, if that returns no answers, then I'll be doing more tests and will talk to my doctor about that. Thanks :-)
