Hey I need advice guys, I don"t know if it's normal (I don't think either) and it's concerning me. My foreskin of my penis is stuck on my tip and I can only see the top of my head through a small pee hole, it doesn't let me properly pull back my foreskin and show my head or anything, it's just stuck. Should I see a doctor ?

What's your age? This is NORMAL early in puberty, up to about 16 or so.
If you are around 16, start stretching. Use your fingers to spread the opening OR get an erection and pull down on the shaft skin. Do it as often as you can. The more often you do, the sooner you'll notice results. Ideally your foreskin should slide up/down the shaft easily.
Otherwise, see a urologist.
