I think when guys get fatter, their penis LOOKS smaller. I don't think it actually gets smaller.
I used to be really active, but got a desk job and gained about 30 pounds. I measured myself once when I was 18. and my penis is 8 inches long. My gf that I have been with for 6 years recently asked me if my penis was getting smaller. So I measured it again and it is still 8.
When my penis would lay against my belly, it would go past my belly button. Now it is right at the belly button, because my belly is bigger.
It's just an optical illusion.

According to Dr. Oz you lose an inch of penis with every 35 lbs you gain. You don't really lose the inch the base gets surrounded by an inch of fat and seems to be shorter. Does that make any sense? %-)
