i am 17 & used to masturbate multiple times everyday recently i cut back but for the third time now have had an annoying and painful problem
it starts off like a scab 2/3 down the penis stem and over the next 1-2 dyas grows to the size of a pea, it then slowly glazes over and is quite sore. then 2-3 days later it ruptures and a puss/blood mixture oozes out for a while. next the glazed skin is either able to be pulled off (slight sting) or reattaches and disappears.
can some one please tell me what this is and how to stop it

I get these on my vag sometimes too. *shakes head* I haven't had sexual interaction, so they're not STD-related. From the research I've done, they're caused by friction over sweat-- often caused by masturbation! Like a rash, but more bubbly and sensitive due to the area they're in. I wouldn't panic, but I would suggest gently rinsing your penis before and after masturbation, so you don't have the sweat/friction issue. Good luck!
