I am 18 years old and too scared to have a sexual relationship for one reason - I have got thick, long coarse hair on my penis. Not only do I have a lot of the ‘white bumps’, which you have stated, occur in many men, but I have got hair growing out of these ‘bumps’. This hair isn’t too long but definitely noticeable. The THICK hair starts at the base of the penis and (without exaggeration) goes almost all the way up my penis.

Don't worry dude, i have the smae thing but not as severe. Mine streches for about and inche along my penis but looky for me i'm blonde so they arnt notcisable unless you acctually lOOk. Whatever you do do not shave, wax or pluck. it they will just grow back longer and thinker and you cant go bak, and yes I shaved it once :-( and regreted it. my main advice it to say that moisturiser helps thin the hairs and make them less noticable, and Im sure you can get a treatment which completly destroys your hair folicles in the targeted area. ask your GP about the treatment, my uncle had his whole head done and now you can admire your reflection on his head :-D

jimbop: Your post is over a year old, it seems, but let me chime in anyway. Fact is, there are girls who like hairy males and girls who don't. If you find one who appreciates the hair you have, you'll breathe a sigh of relief that you never removed a single hair. Removal of hair is a constant, ongoing hassle, and the resulting stubble can feel like sandpaper. Who wants any of that? Trust me. As a lady who adores the hair on her boyfriend's body, including the long and thick hairs on the shaft of his penis, I can tell you that you've got a magnificent opportunity to give the RIGHT girl a massive turn-on that will forever drive her wild. Please don't worry jimbob57, I notice that you sent this post over a year ago so maybe things are OK now, however you should not be scared to have sex with a girl just because you have a hairy penis, these white bumps are just the hair roots breaking through your skin, they will soon disappear, your description of them is for men who have a hairy penis, I had these bumps when I was in my teens as well, like you the hair on my penis extends most of the way up it ending with a patch of about 10 hairs just short of the hairless gland. Penis size has nothing to do with how hairy it is, although, there is a tendency for men who have a large penis to be on the hairy side, but you say you ARE average and hairy as well, OK. Go to the chemist or doctor regarding your acne on shoulders and upper-back. The last sentence in capitals is not necessary, you do NOT need to remove these hairs.

I have the same exact problem except mine are a very small hairs that stick out. I just pluck them out but they keep coming back, if anyone has a solution to this I would appreciate it.

Billybatts10, there is no problem in small hairs that stick out, its just the hairs growing, if you leave them alone, they will gradually curl around, unless they are very straight, but that's OK, just let them grow naturally, don't worry about that the least bit.

i have exactly the same, the white bumps with hair growing out, painful acne, also the thing with friends calling me gay, we have exactly the same problems... i'm also struggling with removing those hairs, but the acne is easy to remove, use Clearasil, it's a good easy to use product
