I've developed hamstring pain from cycling. I cured it once by staying off the bike for 6 months (very depressing and best avoided) and restarting a cycling program with frustratingly slow progression in time and intensity on the bike. But then it came back another 5-6 months later, this time on the other leg! Driving and sitting can exacerbate the pain, as well as any leg calesthenics, whether for the hamstring or the quads. HELP!
