I am suffering from penis pain since last 3 months. In beginning stag during erection, pain was started on the shaft. I was not able to feel anything under the skin by finger. Since one month pain is slightly reduced but not completely gone.Since last month by pressing the penis shaft by finger I am able to feel the hard lumps of 1" long around the shaft even if penis is in normal condition (not in erectile condition).Also I feel sharp pain when I press the penis shaft by finger even if it is in normal condition. Please note that no change is found in Shape and size of penis
Please advise me what is this? I am very much afraid of this.

I believe what you have are sebaceous cysts, clogged oil glands. They are very common on the penis and can appear as a painful lump.
See your doctor for diagnosis/treatment.
