I have had these small bumps on the shaft my penis and sack area for a few years and it's not an STD (I'm a virgin) and I also know it's not ppp . I have been to a dermatologist and he said it was natural and it was just my sweat glands . But I believe they are clogged of some sort and I was hopping someone would be able to tell me what it is or if they are clogged how to fix it or make them unclogged.
Thank you so much if you can help !

HI there! Hair follicles and sebaceous (sweat) glands are extremely common and a normal part of the skin's anatomy. They are commonly found on the penile shaft, particularly on the ventral surface (underside). Some people are genetically disposed to clogged sweat glands. It tends to occur in people who have very curly hair and who tend to sweat a lot. The most common kind of clogged sweat glands is called prickly heat rash. You can minimize prickly heat rash by wearing loose clothing that wicks sweat away from the body. Keep the areas prone to getting a rash as dry as you can, especially during the hot days of the year. You need to find a good cleanser that your skin responds well to, and stick with it. Avoid bar soaps as they tend to dry out the skin. Are they fordyce spots?  These are quite common and harmless too.  But I am pretty concerned about penis health too, so I make sure I use a penis health creme every day.  The one I use is loaded with vitamins and nutrients.  It keeps my skin in good shape and basically just makes me feel heathlier and stronger.  You should check it out.  Hope this helps.
