I Had total hysterectomy 5 years ago at age 40. I've had problems with my legs ever sense that day.
It keeps getting worse instead of better. I went to a specialist and there trying to say I have nerve damage.
I have so many symptoms that it's hard to explain. But here it goes.
pain, tingling, shooting pain, bruising, problems lifting my leg, aches worse than a tooth ache and charlie horses.
I think all my symptoms have something to do with my hysterectomy but they're telling me I have neuropathy.
Anyone have an opion on this???

I had a total hysterectomy in August. The next day I had horrible pain in my left thigh. It feels like needles are being stuck into my muscle. It's very hard to sleep at night.

I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few years after that. I have most of the symptoms you mentioned, but I have them at night when I lay down mostly. The leg pain feels like "growing pains" if you have ever experienced that when you were young. I never thought that the hysterectomy could have led to my diagnoses until I was reading these posts.
