Well i had a miscarriage in may and in July August and September i had a nomal period well in October i was 35 days late and it was very abnormal then in November it was very abnormal cause i spotted for 5 days then the spotting stopped for 3 days then came back and i spotted for like 3 or 4 more days then it stopped and i bleed kind of normal for about 3 to 4 days then it stopped and now i have been having abdominal cramp/pain for about 5 days now what can be wrong
