I have been taking the pill for over a year...i missed several pills over the last year... My BF and i have had rough times lately. Good days bad days.. we had sex last night, i started a new pack of pills at the same time... i have not taken pills for the last month... what does that mean?

You need to take the pill for one full week before it is effective, so it is not yet effective and you will risk pregnancy.
TAKING PLAN B Morning after pill would be a great idea if you do not wanna become pregnant. You can take it up to 5 days after sex, it prevents OVULATION.
It takes 7 full days of BC use to stop ovulation, so you do need plan b.
