Hydrochlorat works in a way that your body gets rid of excess salt and water through the urine. It will reduce excess fluid in the body which is usually caused by conditions such as congestive heart failure, liver disease, and kidney disease.
If you have troubles with breathing, it will reduce water in the lungs so you can breathe easier.
The most common side effects of hydrochlorat are dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, blurred vision, loss of appetite, stomach upset, diarrhea or constipation. All this can appear while your body adjusts to the medication. You may also experience decreased sexual ability.
