So after reading many of your posts I recently suffer from a minor pain level 1. It comes once a hour or two, pain is minimal but annoyance is level 5. This is common if you were sick previously for 2-3 weeks. Another thing that affects this is because of stress. You may be overwhelmed with work or some type of burden. There is nothing more important than your health. These are the following recommendations. Take advil or motrin pm. The ibuprofen will help relieve the pain. Go get a massage. Go exercise. When I mean exercise, go running instead of lifting weights. Take a week or few days off to not do the things you normally do. i have had it for 5 days now. It has not gone worse but getting better little by little. I just hope it goes away for good.
