So Wednesday after school my boyfriend was over and he fingered me and stuff and this isn't the first time it's happened but lately it's all puffy and sore down there and it hurts to pee but only sometimes and other times it dose not and it's kinda uncomfortable sitting.but I have had infections down there before so I don't know if it's just sore Beacuse this was the first time since June

Make an appointment with your doctor. You didnt mention discharge so, if you have pain with urination it could be a urinary tract infection or a bacteria infection. You need adequate diagnosis before treating yourself. Your boyfriends fingers are not sterile so you can possibly assume a bacterial infection.
