Please tell me a solution to stop masturbating. I've thought of time and again of telling my parents, but I never do. I'm afraid they'd be too ashamed of me. some religons beleive that sex is sacred because it creates life,
(for example: sperm, unloading some sperm into a tissue is wasting life because its supposed to go into a lady and make a child, not end up over someones tits)
